    I find PipeDrive to be a useful tool and for the cost, there is a dirth of support. A chat is a horrible way to get questions answered as it is time consuming. I am considering a switch to a new CRM as I see you have increased the cost of your services. My problem with this is that I have not found a simple way to use all of the features you say we have. The integration of new features requires a deeper dive into the how PipeDrive works vs. just helping me along my sales journey.
