Option to have notes automatically expanded

Hello,

I am constantly looking at the notes and would like the option to have it expanded automatically instead of having to click on the notes every single time I go to a new deal or contact. This would make things so much easier and save time because notes are the only thing that help me understand what I need to know about the customer.
