What condition should be used to stop a workflow if the first email in the sequence is rejected, undeliverable, etc.? I see the following condition is available "email has been sent"/ "Is" / "False" but, I'm not sure that will stop the flow given that the email has been sent, just not delivered. Please advise. Smart Bcc stopped working on deals page
For some reason, we're no longer able to use the Smart BCC feature on our deals pages. Emails that use the Smart BCC are not showing up in Pipedrive. Whenever I go to click and manually copy the address from the deal, I get a red prohibited sign where my mouse was. Does anyone know how to fix this?
