Bounce-Types
Is there a more detailed description about bounce types or the possibility to check the orginal bounce-messages? Products Category
Anybody what the purpose of the field Category is in Products? I like the idea of it but when adding a Product to a deal there is no way to filter by Category so you are forced to add the Category name to the Product name. It would be nice if you could filter by Category and then select the Product from the Category.

The Progress Reports should be able to report on Lead conversion.

Email: resending emails
A lot of our customers loose emails in the junk mail folder, blocked by the IT administrator as junk or simply overlooked. When I make a follow up call I frequently end up resending the original email. It would be great if there is an efficient way to resend the same email with attachments.
