Automated Email/Campaign Sequecences for Deals

Hey folks.. quick question about what Pipedrive is planning to do regarding automated email sequences for deals. 

I've been impressed with the SMS and email sequences that can be built out in

Starting July we will be  releasing the first version of marketing automations for our customers. Our team is looking for users willing to be among the first to try the live functionality. We will be releasing the feature gradually, making sure that the sending of emails works as expected.

Early adopters

First users will receive access to the live feature in the first part of July. Dates will be specified a couple of weeks later. At this stage, functionality will be only in English, as translations will not yet be in place. 

As part of the process, we will invite early adopters to 30-45 min interviews after trying out the functionality, about their experience, any comments or propositions. 

Who are we looking for?

  • Experienced users, who have sent out several email campaigns through Campaigns
  • Customers on Advanced or Professional plans
  • Preferably, users with at least 5000 subscribed contacts

Help Updating Deals in Airtable via Zapier


Has anyone been able to mass update deals automatically via Zapier into Airtable (or other software?)

I've got a zap set up to bring new deals into my Airtable pipeline.

However, when I update existing deals in PD it doesn't automatically update in AT. 

I've set up an "Update Deals" zap but it seems I need to create a separate zap for each deal, which seems unwieldy.

Any help much appreciated.


We are still improving and adding features to ActiveDEMAND. Here is a list of things we've done so far this year.

Scheduled video posts to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter: This gives you another option to get your message in front of your audience. Video has grown in popularity year over year and gets more engagement and more exposure. And it's easy to schedule videos to your content calendar so you don't forget to post.

Auto-scrape Form Submits: We’ve made it much easier to integrate 3rd party webform submits into your account. There are some limitations so we still recommend that you use ActiveDEMAND forms. But if you can't make changes to the website or you need tracking in a hurry, virtual forms work great.

Countdown Timer: We added a new Countdown Timer widget to the email editor. You can find it on the right side of your editor pop out under Content. If you are promoting an event like a webinar, or the launch of a new product the countdown timer is a great way to make people aware of the expected launch date

ActiveDEMAND Deal tracking: ActiveDEMAND has a deal processing system that will detect deal creation/deal updates within your account. When a deal is detected in Pipedrive, ActiveDEMAND will create a 'shadow deal' within ActiveDEMAND. This deal object that is created within your ActiveDEMAND account will be used to trigger automation within ActiveDEMAND. When the deal changes in Pipedrive, the ActiveDEMAND deal object is updated in your account.
