revin cu un nou post poate mai activam putin grupul. Cum aveti segmentat procesul de sales B2B?

La noi avem asa: 

Partea de calificare are un flow 

Partea de sell efectiva alt flow si se bazeaza pe inputul din zona de calificare leaduri. 

 

In cazul nostru b2b media & Hr ce am observat ca functioneaza: 

1.segmentarea in functie de price point pana in 1.5-3k si peste. Orice e pana in 1.5(3k) uneori intra intr-un flux de intensitate mai mare. Ce trece de aceasta suma e foarte manual cu sales rep call. 

2. inBound pe B2B in zona noastra merge foarte foarte foarte greu. Outreach-ul e baza. 

Linkedin Sales Navigator e un tool bunicel, dar cel mai bun tool este sa cunoastem foarte bine piata si care sunt jucatorii. 

Am discutat cu altii din alte piete si am vazut o segmentare interesanta a modului de vanzare astfel incat sa fie profitabil. 

Pana in 1k annual revenue  automatizat doar inBound si credit card 

Peste 8-10k annual revenue per client SDR (sales development rep) 

In zona dintre 1k - 10k multe strategii diferite, si unii o considera cea mai dificila zona, pentru ca nu e clar mixul de sistem & om si automat costul per sale / client. 

Ar fi misto sa shereuim ceva idei si practici.

Ar fi interesant sa avem diferite discutii despre cum folositi pipedrive, si tips & trick pe use case-uri specifice. 

In cazul de fata cautam un modul de emailing care sa se sincronizeze 2 way to pipedrive si care sa ne permita sa trimitem mai mult de 2k emails per day
