We use the web forms to automate inbound leads from our Website into Pipedrive. As a result, our web form fields load into the new lead as one single note summary which is good, but that then prevents our sales team from being able to add in their own additional notes when viewing the lead. They typically will record a few more notes before determining if the lead is worth converting to a deal for our pipeline OR archiving/deleting.
The only solution now is to edit the existing note and add their own text after the web form summary responses, but this can make the note very long and difficult to read. Right now the PD support team confirmed that leads can only support a maximum of one note. It would be great if the leads could support more notes + user tagging feature as seen elsewhere.
