Let's say you send a customer an email and this email includes a request for a meeting and his/her response is important. How do you then keep track of whether the customer actually responded? Do you set a separate activity to check that? It makes a fairly simple process pretty elaborate - so maybe I am looking at this the wrong way. Any thoughts?
