For those that take calls from brand new, unqualified customers (especially B2C), do you find yourself starting the process by taking a number of notes before opening a Deal? If so, how do you handle that with Pipedrive?
I have spent many years in a B2C dealership setting, and people would call in, want to jump right into the product they were looking for or the problem they were looking to solve. Some of my sales team would use Windows Post-its, some used Evernote (that’s what I use), and some, a Big Chief tablet.
Do you wish there was some sort of call notes function for this type of sales setting? Because the New Deal form doesn’t work for this application.
