I'm wanting to tie NPS to real business metrics, so I want to calculate some sort of Customer Loyalty Score or Loyalty Index based on LTV, average order value, average items per order, and repurchase rate.

What is a useful way to display this score? As a percentage of the average? In that case, customers above average would have a score over 100. The idea would be to report both metrics side by side, and to segment on either or both in my marketing automation.
