So we have SDRs and Account Executives. SDRs work on scheduling Demos for the AE. AEs are doing demos and closing deals.

We have separate Pipeline for SDRs and separate Pipeline for AE.

So once demo is scheduled we are moving deal from SDR pipeline to AE pipeline and assign to appropriate AE.

My problem is how to track SDRs results as once they move deal to AE then there is no connection between original SDR and the deal. There is nothing to show that SDR did his job well. Especially in reporting as now deal just transitioning to the new owner.

Any suggestions?
