Apart from their most obvious use to collect enquiries on a company web site, have fellow Pipedrivers applied them in any other applications?

I have created a simple web form to enable non Pipedrive users, for example a receptionist, to capture enquiries that might come in via phone (or by a drop in visitor) when the sales team are tied up. It could also be used by a virtual assistant who answers a phone on behalf of a solopreneur.

Create the form in Pipedrive, preview it in a browser and save the URL as a desktop shortcut on any PC where it needs to be used. It can also be used on a phone or tablet. The user simply invokes the shortcut, fills in the form and hits submit. Awesome!
