I'm curious how others are using Deals. A lot of my biz dev efforts are nurturing relationships, creating referral opps, and basic networking. Is there a way to use the "Deals" feature to track these efforts even though they don't have direct $ value or % to close?

Hey Pipedrive team. How are you managing subscription renewals? Are you extending the subscription dates on the first deal or creating a second one for each subscription period? Do you link the deals?
Anyone using different domain emails and 1 Pipedrive account? How do you have email sync to your Pipedrive account? How do you make this all work?
