Hey everyone! New to the platform and have some questions.

What is everyone doing with deals when a client needs to revisit it a month or so? Count it as a lost deal and open a new one down the line, or let is sit in deals?

Also is there a best practice for keeping opportunities somewhere that haven't turned into formal deals yet? These are some clients/projects that we want to keep in queue to outreach and start the convo within the future. Maybe a column ($0 value) under deals as sort of a near planned outreach? Thanks! 🙏
