I tried adding a custom second address field. But when I was planning my calls to a certain geographic location that location didn’t come up because it defaults to the primary address.
I am looking for some best practice suggestions. I have customers with multiple locations and decision makers at each of those locations. I have not figured out a good way of managing this other than creating multiple companies. However, this can be confusing because billing maybe done only at the main location. Any suggestions?
