Is it possible to see other user's activities in the Android app?

Could only find that option in the deals tab.

Question: Is it possible to notify the new deal owner on the mobile app when a deal is transferred between salespeople?

I used to be able to see all of my users activity under Settings / manage users.... and not that function in not there? How can I see the activity of my users?
