#CustomerExperience hi team. I coach my clients B2B client acquisition. I have all my clients implement Pipedrive into their business. They tend to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dux-Soup Turbo which integrates to Pipedrive, bringing LinkedIn leads into their pipedrive where we set up automation to put them into their funnel.
I have a help ticket system where i get questions and of course they can ask Pipedrive help.
But I am thinking of brining in a pipedrive customer experience person, that can set 1 or 2 30 minute sessions with my clients during the week/s of the software phase of my program. Just to ensure they have it all set up as i like.
It would need to be during a 9am to 6pm US time zone.
Any idea where I could find such people to speak with and see the type of cost. As all the clients will have implemented most or all of the funnel, it's more a check and support for them.
Any advice would be great.
