I'm really struggling to find an answer to what seems a really simple question: is there a minimum / maximum number of users for each plan? Can anyone help? Thanks

I used to be able to see all of my users activity under Settings / manage users.... and not that function in not there? How can I see the activity of my users?
Hi fellow pipedrive users, I've been looking for a Marketing Automation / E-mail marketing system to use together with PipeDrive. My challenge is that i would like to be able to segment customers based on the recurring services they buy/not buy so i can send them the relevant marketing communications for upselling them. For example , let's say a customer(organisation) has bought Service A but not B. The customer would then (manually by the sales rep) have a custom field (multiple choise) with the Service A checked. I know this works with ActiveDemand, but i really like the MA system ActiveCampaign. However ActiveCampaign does not have organisation custom fields, this is tricky since we can have multiple contacts for one customer - thus adding a lot more of administration to fill in the fields on a person level instead of org level.
