I think I can use Pipedrive as my actual CRM. All the fields about the contact are in there and it can track notes. Not sure about labelling, categorizing or search sorting yet.

Is is a Good or Bad idea to use Piepdrive as our main/sole CRM in addition to sales progress tracking? Not every contact will have a deal associated with it. It's a place to keep our many many different contacts.

Anyone have anything to say about this?
