1) Tags - I simply don't understand how a CRM focused on contact management does not have Tags to easily segment data to create segmented list views.

2) It would be helpful to have an "Add Person" button on the top level menu bar instead of having to go through drop down menus in Contacts.

3) It would be most helpful to be able to prioritize Activities.

4) It would be helpful to have pop-up reminders to Activities with a date and time

5) It would be helpful to be able to manually attach any email to any contact even if the contact is not included in the email.

6) It would be helpful to be able to create / export a vcf of any contact individually

7) It would be helpful to be able to copy and paste a vcf into Pipedrive to easily add a contact

8) It would be helpful to be able to adjust the font size in Pipedrive

9) It would be helpful to have the option of "wrapping text" in the Activities fields

There are certainly some more complex features that many may want, but these features are basic features that would be simple to add and most helpful to a majority of users.
