Yesterday a have received a message from the support team (Inkeri Parma) in which she was asking how would I feel if you guys kill the caller function. First of all, thank you for considering me and sending me these messages. I loved Pipedrive and I am more than happy to give you my thoughts
Personally, I think it would be a big mistake, I love the caller function and I think it is one of the best things in Pipedrive.
Although I like it I think there are some things that we can do to make it even better.
1.- Integrate the caller function in deals ( Would be great)
2- The ability to send prerecorded voice messages automatically once we have not reached the person and send us to the voice mail.
3.- The ability to mix the phone line from which you launch the call. (I have 6 phone lines and indeed I can switch the phone line from which I am launching the call, but I do this manually.
4.- The system can make several launches automatically and connect me with the first human that answers the phone.
That would be all
