Has anyone tested anything that might pop up data on an inbound caller that they have saved in Pipedrive?
Quick question for the group - As we scale up our outbound calling/texting efforts (via mobile phones/iphones), Im noticing that we have an issue when contacts call back in to our SDR's in that we dont "immediately" know who the contact is tied to the # thats calling, even though we might have dialed them an hour ago, or a few days ago. We have data on the caller, but have to manually find it.
