A new 'leads' section has randomly appeared in our pipedrive. But to make use of this we need to be able to use automations.
Currently, automations can only act on activities, persons, deals and not these leads.
When we get leads, it creates a person (Zapier does this), then, based on the lead source information a deal or activity may be created by a pipedrive automation.
Obviously, we'd like to utilise or at least try this new leads section before new leads become deals. :)
This seems like an obvious feature to include and would have been better to complete before releasing this lead section, as currently it is pretty useless and we can't remove it.
