when I add an activity inside an organisation, the organisation field for the activity is automatically completed. Very good, makes sense etc.

When I click to add a person to the activity and begin to type a name (i.e. I type Steve) the lookup brings back all Steves in the database, wouldn't it make sense to only return Steves that belong to the organisation - or at the very least surface Steves from the organisation first in the list?

This is causing our telesales team to create lots of duplicates - in this case, I'd say the software is not performing optimally, rather than it being down to process or user error (and I'm normally very happy to acknowledge when poor process is to blame).

Really annoying!
