Right now we are shifting our business model to try and scrape by what we expect to be a rough year in travel. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions for how to manage an open B2C product using pipedrive.
We are planing to offer something like an online class that can have between 10-50 people enroll, and are thinking that each class would become a product. We are wondering if we then need to make a separate deal for each enrollment, or could just use tags and fields directly on people to manage a simplified but larger scale sales process.
Does anyone have experience with something like this?
