One of our clients is experiencing difficulties with Pipedrive's email client.
Their sales team used to work with Apple's email client, and it has features that are missing and hinder their work.
We narrowed it down to two features:
- Search - in Pipedrive's email client, search only finds text in the email's subject line and not the body of the email
- Threads - inside deals, emails are spread out and not grouped as threads, making it difficult to follow long correspondences
