I have recently jumped in and am helping a company that has been in business for several years but focused on direct sales, pivot to indirect by using Partners and Referral Agents. They have Pipeline set up as a way to collect leads and monitor the sales process. I am looking into how to best use Pipedrive for Partners. Attribution of deals, reporting, are the biggies.
