does anyone use virtual agents to respond back and qualify new Pipedrive leads (not live chat ones, but via mobile or email)? Could you share your experiences?
i.e someone completes a form on your website, market place or another lead source. Email or mobile number provided, new lead created in PD and then a virtual agent (or any other tool) responds back to qualify further or book in for an appointment/demo?
