For existing deals without information
As a first and unique campaign, build a cadence/playbook to import all deals (around 250) from the first stage for a funnel in Pipedrive and make an automatic follow up of the deals to check what deals are still active and what others were closed (not interest) by the client.
For new deals being quoted
As a second and permanent campaign, build an active and open cadence/playbook to import all the deals that are been created and quoted, wait for 4 days (for example) and start sending follow up emails to automatize the follow up, in order for the sales rep to take control of the deal when there is an update from the client’s side to go and try to close it.
