- If you could run incentives/competitions without the tedious spreadsheet crunching and such, what metrics would you incentivise?

- What KPIs/targets do you track your staff against?

- Are there any "out there" metrics (that could be extracted from PD) that you may find useful to crunch/visualise/use on another platform?
