I need to do the following with a form software and Zapier - currently trying Cognito but open to other ideas - anyone done this flow before and have any tips?
- Initial Inquiry Form to gather basic deal information
- Zap this into PD by creating a Deal and connect the Org and Contact together
- Once lead is qualified, they are sent to a second form to complete extra information to complete the Deal
- Zap this data into PD by *updating* an existing deal.
Currently having problems connecting the deal with the org and contact. Then need to tackle the best approach for the updating, presumably giving the client a Deal ID will do the trick but any thoughts/feedback appreciated.
