We are then having to open the contact's record and adding this information. Does anyone know whether it is possible to complete the whole process in a single form please?

Getting started When creating a new deal, it is possible to add the name of a new contact and his / her organisation in the "Add Deal" form but it is not possible to add an email address or phone number for the contact at the same time - or at least it doesn't appear to be possible to me.
