Hello! Is there a way where we can get better statistics on our live chat function? At the moment we are only getting aggregated results of clicks, views, qualified leads and unqualified leads. Ideally we would like: - Views and clicks per time period rather than aggregated results. - Number of missed chats where nobody was available. - Most popular and least popular automated responses clicked.
