Seeking AdviceInsights Hi All! I'm encountering issues in building reports around call outcomes. We do a lot of outbound calling and I'm unable to generate any reports per salesrep that gives me stats on their calling performance e.g. interested conversations, not interested, no response, etc. How many of you find this reporting critical?
