When you archive a email in gmail, Pipedrive should also archive the email in pipdrive

I like reading and managing my emails in two diffrent email clients, I have way too much free time.

QUESTION: How can we make sure each user has set-up email sync properly (or in the way that company wants them to do). ... it, ADMIN get notified? Is it possible?

Private and Visible 2-way Calendar Sync that keeps personal meetings etc private from other users. We recently upgraded ... can use Pipedrive instead of Outlook.

When I reply to an email that has a long list of history I'm it shows at the bottom of the list. If I need to look back ... else would like to see this option?
