I would like to track the "prospecting activities" volume for the team. Insight allows me to track activities, but not by pipeline stage. I therefore don't know if calls/emails were sent at specific stages of the sales pipeline to know the volume. I can add a "prospecting call" activity type, but that will require the rep to go into pipedrive after every call to change the activity type from call to prospecting call. That is easy in comparison with having to figure out which emails were prospecting emails (at early stage of the pipeline) vs the rest (at later stages). Any ideas on how others are doing this?
