It's all about data. Calling data in this case. Recently I received several questions regarding the reporting options when using the one-click calls and call tracking functionality within Pipedrive. Both from within the community and from some of my clients. On the one hand, people are not aware that calls can be monitored and reported as an activity. On the other hand, and there is a good point there, people would like to see reporting options based on the outcome of the calls. And more specifically the outcome that you indicate after closing your call. So the question is simple. Is there a wish to also be able to report on the results of the call? (No answer, Demo booked etc.)
