Can we use Pipedrive to manage customer support tickets too? We want to use single tool to manage, customer data is centralized and updated.
Hi, I see that a lot has been updated when you want to add an activity (start hour - end hour, location, available or ... if the fields has to been shown or not.
It would be useful to be able to import the value of a lead, in addition to the fields that are already importable, when importing leads
