Upload Files from JotForm to Pipedrive

We use JotForm to transfer documents to Pipedrive (PDF, Doc and Jpeg mostly). Applicants are prompted to upload 6 different files (these are required to even complete the form). Sometimes all six files appear in pipedrive, sometimes only one or two. I cannot discern a pattern as to when they appear and when they don't. (All six files are available in the JotForm inbox. They are often simply not transferred to Pipedrive.)

Does Pipedrive only accept certain file formats?

Is there a size limit?

Uploading files via Pipedrive webforms.

Greetings all.

I am attempting to create a web form which allows potential clients to request a quote from us. It needs to allow them to upload files such as pngs and jpgs - is there a way to do this via the pipedrive webforms ?

Thank you!

Money can be tight right now - All of these apps integrate with Pipedrive and offer a free/freemium plan to make the times easier.

Jotform integration is showing fields as "required"

I have tried contacting Jotform to let them know that the integration is not working.  I told them that the issue is that the integration tool is indicating that most of the fields are set as "required" in Pipedrive and won't allow null values.  I told them and sent them screenshots of the fact that all of the important fields are turned off.  They insist that they must be on.  I cannot integrate my webform into Pipedrive until this issue is fixed.
