What's the best click to call dialer for Pipedrive ***THAT HAS A FULLY FUNCTIONAL MOBILE APP AND ALSO ALLOWS SMS***

We've been using Kixie, and it predominantly works fine as a chrome extension, aside from bugs that continually require us to "refresh".

But their mobile app is just utterly unworkable. I'm using it on an iphone 12 mini, and to dial out, I have to first delete the app, re-download, and then it only works a couple of times back to back. As soon as I leave the app and return, the outbound dialing feature simply doesn't work—even after the help of their support team.

Pipedrive support said that they've heard users also use CloudTalk or JustCall. Does anyone have any experience comparing those options to Kixie? I would hate to migrate away from an 80% workable solution, all to find we've moved to one that's even worse.

The functionality we require (and utilize) of Kixie currently:

- Click to Call within Pipedrive
- Dispositions in Kixie trigger workflows in Pipedrive
- SMS capability
- Call log tracking and SMS tracking in corresponding Pipedrive deal
- Live transfers using Kixie extensions
- 2 phone numbers per Kixie user
- No contract

Wish list of alternative solution:

- a workable mobile app that allows for reliable outbound calls
- click to call working without a chrome extension (thereby workable on an iPad, even if it has to dial my mobile device—but at least it would do so reliably)

Call/Activity logging in Pipedrive Android when using Justcall

When I use my personal cell I get the popup from Pipedrive to log the incoming/outgoing personal call, which is how it should be except I don't use my personal # for client calls.

So I am using Justcall for my business # but the Pipedrive app isn't recognizing any incoming or outgoing calls from Justcall.

So my question is did I miss something in setup or the integration of these two?

I need some expert help!- Call Center

I am struggling with creating a process for lead calling, since the leads module does not have automations or custom fields I am stuck using the deals module. SO I have created automated task generations of "call 1" 2,3, etc. and then created a zapier to remove those calls if the lead has a disposition of "appointment set" etc.

Its a mess.. I have so many automations I cant keep them cleaned up and now I have fields being randomly updated and I think its being caused by a n automation.

Does anyone have any sort of mechanisim or idea on how to create a call center for OUTBOUND sales.

All the tools I have found live in the inbound sales arena, and cannot update custom fields. WIthout these tools ability to update "call stage" there is no way for me to build a pipeline.

I need to know:

How many calls to make today

How many calls to make tomorrow

How many calls to make Three days from now

and using filters based on custom field is the best way I can come up with..

but, if the status is updated to "call 2 needed" and it shows on the filtered pane for "call 2 needed" theres nothing to prevent the user from calling them again the same day. Assuming the caller goes through all their call one calls, and then moves on to call 2 calls...

Just call has the closest thing to a solution with their "reattempt"... (More)

What's the best calling app to integrate in Pipedrive in Australia?

I had a look at the marketplace and had a chat with a few companies but had a bit difficulties to find out the app that's more suitable for Australian businesses. 

Let me know if you anyone has experience with this.
