I can see that Facebook Messenger is something you guys are working on. I think that Whatsapp should be of your top priorities since it's a very big channel for most of us, I have tried everything in terms of marketplace products but nothing where you can trigger automated messages & respond back. The main issue is that when the whole customer data (Orders are ) here the actual agent doesn't have that access because they most probably would be using intercom or LiveChat or Zensupport.
