Importing webform leads to Pipedrive via Zapier

So I have been working on this for some time now and finally have figured out that in order to import a lead via Zapier you have to create the following three steps after your form trigger:

  1. Create an Organization in PD via your form field for Organization, then
  2. Create a Person in PD via the form field and connect to the Org from the above Step, then
  3. Create a Lead in PD referencing your data (Person & Org) from the previous steps

When I run that last step it fails for some reason. Here's my screenshot;
