Keyword Search Within Client & Deal Pages

It occurred to me, that it would be incredibly helpful to be able to search keywords within a profile. Due to the amount of correspondence that can happen in our industry for each reservation, it can be difficult to narrow find pertinent information quickly.

For example, I have a client that is one two cruises, one inclusive resort and a family trip over the next few years. A few times as a side note he has asked about a specific transportation for one of those trips. Months later, he is referring back to the conversation. Currently, it is possible to find that information, but it takes a good bit of time scrolling through messages.

    Yes, please. 🏆️ Currently, I'm "forced" to waste time switching between multiple applications to search for keywords in order to address scenarios exactly like the one you describe, and a Search within Deals/Project feature would be a HUGE time saver. Additionally, I would like to see both a Print (or better export) feature for Deal communications and activities, as well as a more robust Export option that includes ALL the Deal information.
