Would be a great feature to have. Also to have a mail sent if nothing else happens in a preset amount of days - like they don't call back or answer on present email. If they answer on the email the follow-up email, in this case,e could be canceled.

    This is a great idea.

Can someone from PD team advise on if this is even something being worked on? Automations in PD are very lackluster and many other CRM's have these features already. It seems like PD requires us to do everything manually on time, with no scheduling... which kind of defeats the purpose of having this killer CRM in the first place.

Not having any form of decent scheduling features is fast becoming a deal breaker for us with an expanding team, we have now dozens of templates for sales and we can't automate any of them, as you offer no 'stop' function. (eg we can send a series of email using a workflow but we cant stop sending them if something happens on the account/the client responds etc, nor can we resume the automation at a point, meaning our team are doing so much manual handling for no real reason it seems pointless.
