Hi guy, i'm new on pipedrive It's there any feature to track an email so that when it's open i can get a notification and reply at the good time. Like Hubspot

    If you're using Mailchimp to send out emails, you can do this via Zapier.

    As far as I know, you cant automate an action based on if they have read o clicked. 

    But it would be a great feature to have built-in.
