Do the web forms on Pipedrive have a way where they can update a person information and even the deal associated with the person without creating a new deal entirely? Personally we deal with a lot of clients and some switch companies or locations so we have to update their information pretty regularly.

Hi @Micaiah Skelton 

We can update the person/organization information from a Web Form if the name and/or email, phone nr or address match. However, we can't update deals with Web Forms at this point.

You could potentially use a third party form for it which you can connect with Zapier and then set up the rule in Zapier to first see if there's a matching deal and if there is one decide to update it.
