Is it possible to automate marking deal as 'lost' if it's rotting for 30 days? or if it's been in the same stage for 30 days?

Hi @Mamoun Hefni unfortunately our workflow automation doesn't have time based triggers yet, this is something we're still working on.

In the meantime you could use a third party tool called Zapier to automate it. For this you'd need to set up a filter in Pipedrive that filters out deals rotting for 30 days in the same stage. Then in Zapier you can set when a new deal hits that filter it's automatically marked as lost.

Hi @Mike van der Valk: any update on this question? We have time based triggers now, can you please describe how to set a deal as lost?

Update: It seems that one only has to change a deal field called "Status" - we were looking for "Deal status"

You can do this using Make/Integromat.
