Hi All, is the leads functionality "inbound" only? I do a lot of cold email outreach and wondering how to convert the "people" (email addresses / companies) from contacts into leads so I can track when to follow up

    Yes, I use it this way too. in the person record you can "add new lead" for that prospect.
