We are trying to sync the email with pipedrive, but it doesn't sync. We are using microsoft office to sync it, and after putting the password in. Can someone help me with this problem?

You sync it by adding the email through the sync feature. Click on your phase in Pipedrive, then company settings, personal settings, email sync. Follow the instructions there.
