We have customers who buy products/services which are current for six month, one year etc. How to deal with follow up by automatic for this issue. Lets say if a customer buy our online training current for 1st of January until 30th of June. I would like to have an automatic reminder two weeks before 30th of June (maybe also a e-mail sent out three weeks before).

    Hope you are enjoying it today :) 

    In regards to your question - until time based automations have been introduced to Pipedrive - you can create an automation to open an activity.

    In my example here how the below will work:

    1. You can add length of subscription to Deal Title 
    2. Then automation will trigger when you win a deal, read the deal title and will create an activity one month before the subscription end.

    4. I understand that it is not 100% ideal and the other idea I have - is to use Zapier to create activities instead, but without knowing your business background - unfortunately, I am not sure what to suggest exactly.
